84 Lumber84 Lumber will reopen a location that it shuttered in 2012, Riverhead Local reported Friday.

The closed business was the site of a fire just two days prior. The Riverhead News Herald reported that the fire was considered a suspicious and the lumberyard was a “crime scene” and could be considered arson according to the Riverhead Police Department. The News Herald reports that the building was constructed in 1984.

This summer, 84 Lumber announced that it will add a minimum of 10 stores in 2016, as well as expanding manufacturing programs.
