By / 1 year ago

AFPAnthony Forest Products was one of the four sawmills and three companies to be recognized by Southern Forest Products Association at the Forest Products 2015 Expo for its 2014 safety record. AFP’s Urbana Sawmill in Arkansas worked the entire year of 2014 without a recordable incident.

In presenting the awards, SFPA Chairman Scott Vande Linde noted, “When it comes to operating a sawmill, the safety of our workers remains our number one concern. And on behalf of all SFPA members, I want to recognize these four sawmills that have excelled at making safety in the workplace a top priority.”
