LBM Advantage, Inc. has announced new executive roles for two members of its senior management team.
Tom Molloy, former vice president, building products, has been promoted to executive vice president, products and programs.
Kathy O’Neill, former controller and director of finance, has been promoted to chief financial officer and treasurer.
Molloy has over 30 years of experience in the lumber and building materials cooperative industry, 25 of which working for Advantage.
O’Neill has over 28 years of diverse experience in the field of accounting and finance. Eleven of those years have been spent working for Advantage.
Advantage’s senior management team also includes Steve Sallah, president & CEO, Paul Dean, executive vice president, sales and marketing, Bob Carson, vice president, southern operations and Duncan Facey, vice president, forest products.
LBM Advantage operates out of three locations in New Windsor, N.Y., Grand Rapids, Mich. and Monroe, La. Advantage recently announced plans to merge with Independent Builders Supply Association (IBSA), pending shareholder approval, which will add a fourth location in Smithfield, N.C. The company follows its mission to create a competitive advantage for its members by leveraging their collective power.
