“Our search for a General Counsel was very thorough. It was important that we find someone with the legal skills that matched our needs, and even more important that the individual fit into our culture,” said Kent Williams, Vice President of Human Resources and People Development. “Bane has a great legal background and a unique ability to relate with people in a manner that blends well with who we are as a company.”
