Grand Rapids, Mich. – The CAMO Screw Off! deck fastening competition is underway at National Nail stocking dealers based in New Jersey and New England. The winners of each contest phase are currently earning the opportunity to win a 2017 Harley-Davidson Roadster motorcycle and other cash prizes at the CAMO Screw Off! finals to be held at the NRLA LBM Expo in Providence in February 2018.

The first leg of the series of events kicked off at the Gilford Home Center in Laconia, N.H. on May 18th. “What a wonderful way to launch the CAMO line of products at our store,” said Mike Watson of Gilford Home Center. “The competition clearly displayed the systems’ ease-of-use in an environment that had everyone cheering and enjoying themselves throughout the night. Everyone had a great time.”

Just days later, the competition began anew at Middleton Building Supply of Dover, N.H. “It was an exciting, fun day for all that attended,” said Jim Bruneau, store manager of Middleton Building Supply. “Everyone enjoyed the competition in an atmosphere that included an old-style family cookout.”

Hosted by CAMO stocking dealers, CAMO Screw-Off! qualifying events will take place throughout the spring and summer. National Nail is working with each CAMO stocking dealer to promote their event dates, generate contractor interest, and coordinate the competitions. .

“We have done exciting events like this before and it draws widespread interest to our stocking dealers,” said W. Scott Baker, CEO, National Nail. “We want to introduce our dealers and their contractors to our broad range of CAMO fastening products, including our innovative Edge Deck Fastening system. This is a very fun way of accomplishing this objective.”
