Novik Seeks Insight From Dealers
QUEBEC CITY, Quebec — Novik, with brands such as NovikShake™ and NovikStone™, is launching an industry-wide survey targeting builders, remodelers, dealers and distributors in the U.S. and Canada about their preferences and insights into siding, trends and future innovation, just after acquiring Exteria Building Products. “This survey of trade professionals’ preferences in the siding/cladding category is an essential element to ensure the voice of the customer is driving our future innovations and investments,” said Ralph Bruno, Novik’s President.
Any building professional can complete the survey, which asks basic information about their firm, views on building market conditions, the channel, branding/marketing, current design trends, low-maintenance, moisture management, ease of installation and lifecycle costs as well as many other topics.
To maximize participation in the survey, all survey respondents who are residents of the U.S. may enter a random sweepstakes to win a trip for four to Miami, Florida or Quebec City, Canada. The four day, three-night trip will include a round-trip economy airfare, three nights’ hotel, ground transportation and $750 in spending money.
The survey is Novik’s effort to serve as a trusted information resource to various trade audiences focused on helping them grow their business. “We are hopeful that the information garnered by this survey will serve as a learning model for the building community as well as a tool for us to best serve our customers,” said Bruno.
