Clearly, LBM Journal readers are concerned about filling positions at all levels— from general yard workers to future company leaders. Since nothing happens until a sale is made, it’s no big surprise that the largest percentage of respondents (61.4%) are most concerned with finding outside salespeople. Still, with 49.1% of respondents expressing concern about future company leadership, there’s little doubt readers are looking to secure their company’s long-term prospects.

Answers from the 8.7% who checked “Other” include managers, AR/AP clerks and general office, installers and laborers, and “All of the above.”
