Family owned in Indian Harbour Beach, Fla. since 1962, South Patrick Hardware & Lumber will close Jan. 4. The store is one of the last in the area to operate without computers, Florida Today reports.

The company was founded by Don Beyer and operated by Don and his brother Jack Beyer and is currently run by Jack’s sons, Rick and Mike Beyer.
