Direct Cabinet Sales Joins the US LBM Portfolio of Companies

US LBM Holdings, LLC (“US LBM”) announces the acquisition of Direct Cabinet Sales of Dayton, New Jersey from Joe DeMussi who will continue in his current role as President, leading day-­to-­day operations with his existing team.

Originally founded in 1990 by Joe DeMussi, Direct Cabinet Sales designs, installs and distributes kitchen cabinetry and related products to residential, commercial and new construction contractors in the Northeast and Florida markets. Direct Sales operates 5 showrooms in New Jersey, a showroom in Boca Raton, Florida and a distribution center in New Jersey.
