Biddeford, Maine — Integrity Composites, the manufacturer of DuraLife Decking and Railing products, announced today that it has added a new five year labor coverage component to its already extensive 25 year residential performance, stain, and fade warranty. The limited warranty will now provide an allowance for the replacement of decking and railing products that develop performance issues as a result of a manufacturing deficiency.
Jim Poulin, the national sales manager at Integrity stated, “We are very excited to extend this coverage to our customers. All DuraLife products are manufactured with the highest quality standards and procedures, and while it is very rare that we would experience a warranty claim, it’s nice to be able offer some piece of mind should anything ever go wrong.”
Unlike many of the limited labor warranties offered by other deck manufacturers, the DuraLife labor allowance is not limited to contractors who are formally certified by the manufacturer or to those that purchase a minimum dollar amount of that company’s decking or railing. “Why wouldn’t you offer this type of coverage to everyone that builds a deck?” added Poulin.
