Highland, Utah— Grabber Construction Products, Inc., today announced key organizational and employee changes. Mike Hamilton will serve as senior vice president -strategic accounts working with Kelly Jones, national accounts manager. Steve Fletcher takes on the position of senior vice president – corporate development.
Todd Balestrieri has been promoted to vice president of sales and Kraig Shoemaker has been promoted to vice president of operations.
Balestrieri has been with Grabber for 22 years, initially signing on with an inside sales (support) position. He worked the sales counter and moved to outside sales a few years later. Positions since then have included regional and divisional sales and operations. In 2008 he became a company officer and previously served on Grabber’s Board of Directors. For the past few years he developed and coordinated Grabber’s Home Center related business and has continued to manage that business while still leading our Northern California and more recently, Hawaii operations.
“Todd has been instrumental in developing our Home Center business and has provided great leadership at the highest levels of the company for many years,” said Roland Snyder, Grabber President & CEO. “We look forward to his new leadership as Vice President of Sales.”
Shoemaker has been with Grabber 14 years with 17 previous years focused on operations management in the plastics manufacturing industry. He has also worked in both sales and operations at Grabber beginning as outside sales in California. He continued as outside sales in Ohio, then sales management, and regional sales manager. Shoemaker has served the past 7 years as the Midwest Regional Manager.
“Kraig is an experienced and effective team leader with proven experience in operations and sales management. We look forward to the vision and leadership he will bring as Vice President of Operations,” said Snyder.
Other new regional and organizational changes were also announced including Matt Nelson who is heading up a newly organized product management team, Trace Boswell (South – Southeast), Rob Cruise (South), Joe Dailey (West), Alan Dimlow (Northeast), Brett Hepner (Midwest), Dan Schira (Midwest), and Paul Senecal (Northeast).
