Rick Davis joins LBM Journal as Contributing Sales Editor
LAKEVILLE, Minn. — Rick Davis, Owner of Building Leaders, Inc. for nearly 20 years, has joined the award-winning editorial team at LBM Journal as Contributing Sales Editor. Beginning in the June 2018 issue of the magazine, Davis will provide a column in every issue on sales training, motivation, insights and practical applications to sales and marketing.
An independently-owned publication, LBM Journal is completing its 15th year of providing news, thought-provoking stories, profiles and educational incentive articles to members of the lumber/building material industry.

Regarded by many as the leading sales trainer and consultant in the lumber/building material industry, Davis has trained tens of thousands of salespeople. A graduate of the University of Michigan, he applies his studies in economics and psychology to deliver scientific measurement of sales performance and the power of influence that produce predictable future results.
